Strength + Conditioning

We offer year-round strength and conditioning options. Our program focuses on improving stability, mobility, flexibility, explosiveness, power, and injury prevention. We have certified trainers on staff that work with all of our athletes to help design individually customized programs to maximize each athlete’s skills.

Giving Back

We foster a culture of giving back and engaging in the community by making it a habit, an expectation, and a way of life. A culture of giving is rife with opportunities to participate, build relationships, and create a network to support our community life together.

College Recruiting

Our belief is that for any player that wants to continue playing lacrosse in college, we will help you find the right school for you. We have extensive college contacts and annually bring college coaches to our practices to give our players an opportunity to work directly with them. We play a competitive tournament schedule that provides each player the opportunity to showcase their skills.

Lacrosse Skills

Our Coaching Staff is experienced. All our Head Coaches have years of High School and Club coaching experience. Our assistant coaches are all highly decorated college players who are motivated to teach what they have learned. We focus on building complete lacrosse players by developing both their lacrosse skills and game IQ.

Leadership

We believe in mentoring young athletes to be strong contributors to their team and their community. We will provide opportunities for leadership, as well as mentor our athletes about leadership skills, and the ways they can influence and impact others in a positive way.

Teamwork

Together we succeed, and we will help build players that understand the importance of working together to accomplish our goals. With the incredible power to increase group success and even a person's individual performance, teamwork is an essential component to growing into a valued and valuable contributor in the community.
